happy november m’loves! katie here, nursing a major mr. goodbar hangover.

last night we tricked, we treated, we practiced our “thank you“‘s, and like good parents, we ate all of sutton’s candy once she went to bed.

what?! the girl forgets to wear pants sometimes {!}–she’s not going to remember a baby skittle’s bag.

today i’m talking to you about  angela roi.

my office mate recently acquired the bag of my dreams the season, and ever since she came in toting her celine vertical tri-fold , i’ve been researching  factory farms to get me my own.

but alas, that goddamn bleeding heart of mine got the best of me, and also the fact that i’m paying for nursery school forbid me from throwing down any of sutton’s tuition on accessory shopping….at least until she’s in public school —-then phoebe philo will be on my speed dial.

instead of celine, mommy got an angela roi. one of the many budding ethical luxury designers emerging, angela roi creates luxury handbags of premium quality, impeccable craftsmanship, and unparalleled attention to detail; believing that fashion need not be cruel, angela roi’s bags are all vegan, made from  EPUL {Exquisite Polyurethane Leather} and crafted in the most ethical of practices; angela roi stands for fair wages, safe working conditions and is vehemently against child labor.

this is a bag that looks and feels as good as its politics. it’s roomy enough for my all my junk–laptop, folders, files, wallets, pacifiers, and a coffee mug. and it seems like the kind of bag that gets better with age.

you can find more about angela roi on their facebook and instagram page.

do you have a dream handbag too? spill it!

please don’t praise me though as some vegan demi-goddess though–as much as i love my new bag and believe animals are better beings than most people; we all know i’d whore out for that celine tote.

keeping it real.

love,

katie
